Jane is trained in a variety of holistic therapies and is running sessions for example -Calm Your Mind Session- Helping you Deal with Stress and Anxiety in your daily life -Dealing With Grief -Low Self Esteem & Negative Thoughts. She uses techniques such as Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistics, Mindfulness Meditations, and Reiki teaching you coping techniques that can transform the way you look at your life.

I am an integrative counsellor and have worked in this field for 15 years.
I specialise in substance misuse and drug and alcohol dependency.
I have worked for charities, the private sector and the NHS.

Why Should I get a Massage?
From rehabilitation to relaxation, there are many reasons why people get massages. ... Depending on what you need, a massage can help relieve pain, relax your muscles, improve your posture, or reduce your stress. Also improves strength, flexibility, coordination, biomechanics, posture, stress patterns, scar tissue and existing injuries
How often?
As a minimum we recommend getting a massage at
least once a month to maintain your physical health and to prevent an accumulation of stress and muscle tension.
It also depends on your budget too! Sports massage is a support mechanism for athletes to maintain muscle health and flexibility, they may need to have a massage twice a week during heavy training sessions. Chronic condition such as migraines, neck aches and backaches, will benefit from one once every two weeks. So the answer is it depends on many factors.
If it is for pure relaxation and to calm stress then you can have them as often as you like
